At Peacock Nightwear, we are committed to ensuring you receive your products in perfect condition. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

We operate a strict “Check at the Door” policy.


1. Inspect Your Order on Delivery

This is the most important part of our policy. You must open and inspect your order in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. This is the only opportunity you will have to return a product.

Please check the following:

  • The product is not damaged (e.g., torn, stained, or broken).

  • The product is not defective.

  • You have received the correct item, size, and color that you ordered.


2. How to Make a Return

You can only return a product if it has a valid issue (see below) and you identify it while the delivery person is still with you.

  1. Find a Valid Issue: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, do not accept the product.

  2. Hand it Back: Give the package back to the delivery person immediately.

  3. Pay the Delivery Charge: To complete the return, you are required to pay the delivery charge to the delivery person.


3. Valid Reasons for Return

You may return an item at the door only if it meets one of the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You received the wrong size or color compared to what you ordered.

Please note: “Change of mind” or not liking the style or fit of the product (if it is the correct item you ordered) are not valid reasons for a return.


4. Final Sale Policy

Once you have paid for the product and the delivery person has left, the sale is final.

No refund, return, or exchange requests will be accepted after you have accepted the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any issues or defects found after this point.


5. Refund & Processing Timeline

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • If you follow the return process (Sections 1–3) at the door, you simply do not pay for the product. You are only required to pay the delivery charge.

  • Any return verification, order update, or adjustment related to a valid at-the-door return will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
